While I am an out-of-network provider, documentation can be provided for potential reimbursement.

During our consultation and first few sessions, we'll talk about what brings you in, your goals, and what you've already tried. Together, we'll determine whether EMDR, IFS, or another approach is the best fit for your needs. My priority is creating a plan that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to you.

  • Yes. I offer secure online therapy for adults throughout Maryland, as well as in-person sessions in Bel Air.

    Many clients find virtual therapy to be just as effective as meeting in person. Whether you choose online or in-person sessions, you'll receive the same thoughtful, personalized care.
