CONSULTATION FOR THERAPISTS
EMDR Consultation for Therapists
Whether you’re working toward EMDR certification or looking for support with complex trauma cases, consultation can help you deepen your skills, strengthen your confidence, and feel less alone in the work.
CONSULTATION IS MORE THAN CHECKING A BOX
Why Consultation Matters
As therapists, we hold space for some of the most painful experiences people carry.
Even with excellent training, there are moments when a case feels stuck, a target doesn’t move the way we expected, or we find ourselves wondering what we are missing.
Consultation provides a space to slow down, think together, and develop greater clarity.
Whether you’re navigating a complex EMDR case, building confidence in your clinical decision-making, or working toward certification, consultation can help you feel more supported and effective in your work.
HOW I CAN HELP
Areas We May Explore

Treatment planning, target sequencing, blocking beliefs, looping processing, and stalled cases.
Integrating EMDR & IFS
Explore how EMDR and Internal Family Systems can complement one another, helping clients process trauma while building a more compassionate relationship with their internal world.
Certification Support
Guidance and consultation for therapists pursuing EMDR certification.
MY CONSULTATION STYLE
A Collaborative, Supportive Approach
I believe therapists learn best when they feel supported, rather than evaluated.
My approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded in the understanding that every clinician is continually learning and growing.
Together, we’ll explore your questions, think through challenges, and identify practical next steps that fit both the client in front of you and your own clinical style.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before bringing a case to consultation.

In my private practice, I work primarily with adults navigating the lasting effects of trauma and chronic stress. My approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, and polyvagal-informed interventions.
