Yes. I provide online therapy for adults throughout Maryland using a secure telehealth platform.
Many clients appreciate the convenience and flexibility of meeting from the comfort of their own home while still receiving effective, meaningful therapy. Research has shown that telehealth can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns, including trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

Yes. I offer in-person therapy sessions in Forest Hill, Maryland, conveniently located near Bel Air and surrounding areas of Harford County.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
Many clients choose to work with me because they value privacy, flexibility, and a personalized approach to therapy. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company, and you can check your benefits using my benefits verification tool.

Availability varies throughout the year, but many clients are able to schedule a consultation within a few days. If no consultation times are available that work for your schedule, you're welcome to contact me directly through the contact form.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy.
We'll discuss the challenges you're facing, what you're hoping to gain from therapy, and any important experiences that may be contributing to your current struggles. You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive, and there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable sharing.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood while we begin identifying a path toward healing and meaningful change.
