IN-PERSON IN BEL AIR & ONLINE ACROSS MARYLAND
Have you ever felt like part of you wants one thing - and another part wants something else?
Part of you wants to set boundaries.
Part of you worries about disappointing people.
Part of you wants to rest.
What is Internal Family Systems (IFS)?
IFS is an evidence-based approach that views the mind as naturally made up of different parts, each with its own thoughts, emotions, and protective roles.
Some parts may strive for perfection, avoid difficult feelings, keep you busy, criticize you, or protect you from rejection or pain.
IFS helps you understand these parts rather than judging or fighting them.
The goal isn’t to get rid of parts of yourself. The goal is to build a more compassionate relationship with them.
Part of you feels guilty slowing down.
Part of you wants connection.
Part of you fears being hurt.
PERFECTIONISM
Feeling like nothing is ever good enough.
